Welcome to Arena X, a digital skill-based competitive gaming platform operated by Hypergrid Ltd, a registered company in Nigeria. By creating an account, accessing the app, or participating in games, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Platform

Arena X offers skill-based challenges and competitive games, where users play against each other based on strategy, logic, and decision-making ability. Outcomes are based solely on player skill, not chance.

We do not offer betting, gambling, lotteries, luck-based games, or chance-based cash rewards.

2. Digital Tokens & Rewards

Arena X Coin

  • Users may purchase Arena X Coin, a non-cash digital token, used only for joining skill-based matches
  • Arena X Coin cannot be withdrawn, traded, or sold
  • We do not allow direct conversion of purchased tokens to cash without winning through gameplay

Arena X Cash

  • Winners of games receive prize rewards in Arena X Cash, which is credited to their in-app wallet
  • Arena X Cash may be withdrawn to supported payment providers
  • Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and anti-fraud checks

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Reside in a country where skill-based gaming is legally permitted
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes

4. Responsible Play

All matches are skill-based, and prizes are awarded based on performance. We encourage moderate gameplay, and we do not promote financial speculation or addiction. Users can set optional play limits through their account settings.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Arena X to:

  • Perform fraud, deception, or misuse payment systems
  • Create multiple accounts for manipulation or abuse
  • Promote gambling, betting, or illegal financial activities
  • Use VPNs or bypass geo-restrictions
  • Engage in collusion with other players
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform
  • Use bots, automated systems, or cheating software
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

6. Account Registration & Security

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Not share your account with others

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in fraud, collusion, exploitation, or policy violations. Suspended accounts may have funds withheld pending investigation. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.

All content, including games, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Hypergrid Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Hypergrid Ltd provides the service on an "as-is" basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted access or error-free performance. We are not liable for user losses, misuse, or unauthorized account access. Users participate in games at their own discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
